Skill Development

Skill development & Training – Project Methodology

It is our intention to create a platform for skill transfer to ensure that all new entries into this industry receive the correct skill development to ensure success. Grow Culture in Partnership with Cheeba aim to develop a centre of excellence to providing this essential service within the medical cannabis industry. The Dimbali farm with its big auditorium lends itself to supply these services within the Mpumalanga province.

A theoretical training and skills transfer program will be conducted every day for a duration of 3 months to get the local farmers from their starting knowledge and experiential base to the point where they are competent. Proficiency in all areas of the integrated process will be governed and measured by the successful completion of a theoretical and practical individual evaluation conducted by the on-site training facility after a predetermined duration. This is what we like to call an On Site Measurable and Sustainable Socio-economic Solution with audit guidelines.

To establish a support hub as a vehicle to provide Technical Support, Skill Development, Production & Management, Brand Development and Financial Support Services will be core of the strategy. Each of these components forms part of the production chain. By incorporating these facilities under one umbrella, the overall efficiency and productivity of the farm is enhanced, thus ensuring sustainability and good returns of profits.
